Steps

  1. We draw a line p that passes through the center of the given circle k and point A.
  2. At the intersection of circle k and line p, we mark point D. Further, we mark point E at the midpoint of segment |AD|.
  3. We construct an ellipse e1 with foccus at points A and the center of circle S, which also passes through point E.
  4. The result is a set of points that represent the centers of circles in the solution.
